I had wanted to sketch a ship for a while now, and today finally got the chance. This was done with a double ended Sharpie and watercolors with a waterbrush.

Now this is sensational. Ships are so difficult. I’ve drawn many of them but can’t get them anywhere near this good. I even bought a book & its true theyre not easy. It’s the perspective. I love the warm colours in the foreground spatter that lead your eye into the painting.

Thank you very much. It was my first time and I really enjoyed it. Will try again soon.
